Suburb, job size, short brief, lead price, queue slot ('Quote 1 of 1'), and how long you've got to jump on it. Enough to make the call, nothing that IDs the customer.
Tap through, tick the terms, grab the slot. The card locks straight away — no other tradie past the queue limit gets charged.
Customer's name, mobile, address, photos and any extra notes turn up. They get your name and mobile at the same time.
No in-app chat, no middleman. Quote and schedule the way you already do. Mark it done when it's sorted.
Customer gets a prompt the next day. Every review publishes — good and bad. Respond to any of 'em publicly.
